What time is check in / check out?
Self check-in at 5:00 PM and self check-out at 11:00 AM

How do you accept payment?
VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, cheques, direct deposit, wire transfer in Canadian or U.S. funds. 50% at time of booking, balance 45 days before arrival. Rental Agreement to be signed within 48 hours of booking. Damage deposit by credit card, or cash/cheque deposit. Requests for cancellation allow for full refund upon rebooking less $200 administration fee. If not rebooked, no refund on received payments.

What's included in my stay?
Luxury bed linens, luxury towels (3 sizes) for 12 people, hand and shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dish cloths/towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, an assortment of common spices, 3 fire logs during cold seasons, housekeeping at mid-stay on stays over 7 days, housekeeping at end of stay.

How far away is the ski hill?
It's an easy walk to the base of Mt. Tremblant, or you can ski-out to the lift, or take the shuttle from the chalet's door every 20-30 minutes during peak seasons.
